what a beautiful quiet composition.
the trees are so solid and on the house,
surrounded by white and those tiny black clapboard verticals ...
i love watching shadows like this dance in the sunlight

I love the way a seemingly open, bottom left corner - through it's angle and relationship to the house (and telephone lines) - manages to balance a much busier right side, especially the "weight" of that handle in the foreground and the strong triangle it creates. It's this asymmetrical tension, even more so than that lovely delicate shadow, that draws me in. Very nice, Peter.
