Love the texture and the way the leaf shapes the top of the composition.

Thanks @Tectosmith, I appreciate your kind comments. I'm not 100% happy about the lighting, but the style you refer to is indeed what I was going for. It ended up a little too harsh; I want to revisit this and do a better job.
