Very nice. The lighting/shadows are great IMO. the portrait has an innocent/lost "look" which I found appealing. Or, it could just be the end of the shoot and she was tired; but in any event, I find it to be a very appealing portrait.
 
Very lovely portrait. My only crit would be the light on her ear is a bit distracting. I think lightly burning in a bit would help.

I think it is a very striking picture with or without the ear. What draws my attention initially is Sarah's eyes. So deep!
