I don't know whether it is a path behind the walker or not but it doesn't matter, it is ideally placed immediately behind her back to give that appearance. This is a less lonely place than the other shot. Is it simply that she is dynamic and is walking purposefully whereas he is standing just looking away?

I have learned a couple of techniques here to engender different moods. Thanks

Infrared (especially HIE) works really well in our strong Australia sunlight, even in the middle of winter, as here.
