Les Halles, Paris

In a visit to Les Halles and the George Pompidu Center, Paris, long time ago, in my way out, I discovered this mechanic stairs, with the "Burse" (stock exchange) building at the top of them. I loved the scene and made the shot at my waist level, ASAP. Some people tell me that there is a lot of "floor" in the foreground, but it's a consequense of using a 50 mm lens and trying to keep leveled the camera in order of not produce a "distorted perspective". What do you think?, may I have to crop the bottom of it, lets say, 1/4 of the whole composition, or, may I leave it full frame.

Crop out half the foreground, the picture gains in strength IMO. Don't let the camera format dictate to you, it's only a tool.
