How did you get the halo effect? Is the light behind the tree? It gives the tree a "magical" aura!

You mean dodge and burn in a computer programme? It’s a lovely tree. When I was in the Scouts a long time ago (doing forestry) there was a tree a bit like this we used as a landmark in the forest. We called it the Trident Tree. I’d love to think it was still there in the Ashdown Forest.
