I'd be very tempted to crop it vertically taking out the camera bag or whatever that is, eliminating the right side window and I think you have a stronger picture. That makes the photographer, the interloper, more of a focal point. It also eliminates the junk on the ceiling.

And I would slightly increase the contrast too.

But the photographer decided to frame it this way and by cropping you are destroying the integrity of the shot.
