Locks of Love 1

My daughter is currently growing her long curly hair out to get ready to donate it to a local charity called Locks of Love. This will allow her hair to be made into a wig so that a child that is going through chemo can have hair. We made these 2 plates together lst night, and I will do a few more AFTER she has her hair cut to just above shoulder length tonight. What a sweetheart she is.

Nice, Andrew, and great portraits. My son recently raised money for pediatric cancer research and support, and had his had shaved about a month ago. (He and a classmate with one of their teachers went to this big head shaving event at Gillette Stadium!!) Anyway, his hair was too short to make a Locks for Love donation, but I think several people who went to get their heads shaved were able to donate their long hair to them. I photographed him on the day he had his hair shaved, and each week since... except this past weekend for some reason, to watch it grow back!
