Great click! I suggest to burn or flash a bit the boats as the bright white is a kind of distructing and takes away from the dynamic pose of the boy. Where is it? I suppose in an muslim country of the Mediterranean coast of North Africa.

I also noticed that my scanner is not good enough a lot of details are lost in shadows and highlights. The original photograph has all of them in place.
