I love the subject, but the contrast appears too high for me. Is this what you were going for? There appears to be a lot of dust specks on the image. Are these on the print or just on the scanner glass?
 
I agree about the contrast, have you tried it on a lower grade?

Looking at my print against the monitor image it does seem that the scanner has upped the contrast - that being said, having had the print around for a few days I think that it could do with being dropped half a grade, or perhaps burn in a little at the high lights.
All in all I'm a bit chuffed with this pic as it was my first go at close up for years and the first roll of Foma I've tried.
