Thanks for all your warm comments. Perhaps the warmth of the image made such warmth more forthcoming. This supports my belief that a photograph or any art form is a two way street. It is experiential on both sides of the fence. For the artist there is the experience of creating it, and for the viewer, there is a triggered emotion or reaction that helps the viewer revisit one of their own experiences. In either case, the production of beauty is beneficial for both the photographer and his patron. It is just one tiny step in creating a community, the APUX community in this case.
