I've been photographing a group of actors for about 10 years. There is a central bunch who are always there & others who come and go.
It works both ways - they get documentation and I get plenty of opportunity to photograph people doing interesting things.
Rehearsals are always under bad lighting, generally just fluoro tubes & I'm usually shooting 1600 ISO, f/2.8 @ 1/30 & thereabouts. The rangefinder makes a big difference for this type of work & I really like the results I get from Neopan 1600 in Diafine. The Neopan is rated at 1600, not slower like some people shoot it.
This photo was taken approx Sept 07 during a break in rehearsal.
