Is it possible to make Ammonium Citrate with citric acid and ammonium carbonate?
I would also like to know.
Yes and it's very easy
• dissolve 120g citric acid in 280 cc water
• wait till is dissolved
• add 120 cc ammonia 20% solution.
• Warm it up till boiling
Thank You! What should the pH be?
between 5.5 and 6.5
Thank you Philippe,
What percentage of Ammonium Citrate does this make?
