Nikon F5 stuck mirror

Hello everyone, I recently acquired this Nikon F5. I bought it because of the good price and because I have a set of lenses that work with this camera. It’s in beautiful physical condition, nothing I can point out that’s missing or broken. But there is a little (huge) problem, the mirror is stuck. In the photos I show how it has power from lithium batteries that are new, but no luck. I can’t show a video here but when I press the shutter it makes a little movement and sounds. I called one technician and he was very rude to say that he didn’t want to do this camera, no explanation whatsoever, sadly is the closest technician in my area. I need help with this, I really this camera can work.

I tried it and it just goes back up to the same position
